Help with Pokemon moves?

ok 1st off if all your pokemon arent lvl 100 your going to loose fast. second you dont need false swipe because they could use that as their advantage by using revenge. third get some more moves like sleep powder, stun powder etc. and lastly, put some good items on them. but either way unless your pokemon are lvl 100, your going to loose sorry
