Im 13, and have very sensitive skin. What type of makeup should I use?

I am looking into buying some foundation and possibly blush. My skin doesnt have much color, so I have been using blush (a very, very small amount) since I was about 8. Anyway, my skin is so sensitive that during spring and fall, I have to take an antihistamine (spelling?) every day because I get a super itchy rash on my face. I have already talked to my mom, and she is fine with me wearing a small amount of makeup. Acne is not really a problem for me. Neither of my parents had acne, and I only get the occasional pimple. My mom though Almay would be good, but I would like to know if anyone else has any ideas. Thanks in advance for all the answers! :)
