Catarrh and sinus problem?

Can any one offer any suggestions for the Relief of catarrh. I have suffered from this for 2 years. I use decongestant sprays antihistamine tabs, steam etc. These sometimes help but for only short periods of time. Not to be too graphic but the catarrh is always green so this would indicate that it is infected.I have tried antibiotics from my doctor which did nothing at all. I would be most grateful for any sensible suggestions.

If I'm getting beaten up for being non white that is racism to me. I've been called names before(paki terrorist sand n*gger to name a few). I'm Indian it doesn't bother me unless I'm being abused physically

What to do about urticaria?

I get urticaria every night and I don't know what causes it. The GP has prescribed me with antihistamines, which work, but I want it to stop altogether so I don't have to rely on the pills. Can anyone help? Or ideas to what the cause may be?

I had a random dream earlier?

I was a sea slug and I was eating a cuttlefish. Then, I got up on a stage(now i'm in regular human form) and started to swipe(b-boy move) with a hermit crab. Then a monkey at a bug and said garga and a bunch of hot dogs started to stampede and then Mater from cars said he did what in his cup? I was then riding a wind up rat car and it ate count olaf and then a betta fish said i kill you. and then an albino catfish ate an algae pellet.

You might want to consider using the bike, the way gas prices are shooting up nowadays. But really, I don't think you should tell him how you feel about the bike, especially knowing if it would hurt his feelings...and really, upsetting him over something as simple as a bike? Just thank him for it in the nicest way possible and sell it for some cash later on down the road when he won't notice lol

Wanting to adopt a cat. Allergic to some, but not others.?

I am looking into adopting a cat/kitten after I adopt a dog and get her settled in. My boyfriend is more of a cat person than a dog person, so we decided to get both. I am allergic to cats, but only some of them. My parents had 3 cats (one himalayan, and two mixes). I was allergic to both the mixed cats with the short hair, but not the long-haired himalayan. I'm not sure if it's an allergy to the dander, saliva or what. It's not really a severe reaction. My eyes just get itchy and swollen, I sneeze constantly and my nose gets stuffy. Is there any way I can minimize the allergy issue with cats? Besides just taking antihistamines and staying away? Any special baths, brushes or something?
