Should I neuter my bulldog?

I have a 5 month old Bulldog called Happy. Should I neuter him. There are no chancew of any oops litters, because we live in Ireland, and there's only 4 near by houses, 1 of which has no dogs, the other 2 have a Male guard dog & My parents (Well my sister) has 2 females who were spayed and an intact male. This is a private, area in Ireland. It's near the main road but to get out you need a swipe card for the gate, so there's no way of him getting out because the gates close automatically.
