Nose stuffed with yellow mucus with a bloody smell, itchy red eyes dark circles, please help me?

Hi im a 23 yrs old student who has never had any thing similar to this in my life. my main symptoms are the yellow thick mucus with a smell like blood, sometimes there is small amount of blood mixed in the mucus. when it gets worse my eyes would get very itchy and red, my eyes hurts a lot , its unbearable. i also sneeze for 3-4 times in a roll for no reason sometime. these all has been coming since 04/27 . since then i have been taking antihistamine, few days ago i stated to flush my nose with salt water, but my ears felt too uncomfortable when doing that. if you are a Doctor please give me some advise, i cant affort going to hospital with everything going on in my life. please help me and god please give me the strength to overcome.
