I really like this girl and she feels the same about me but has recently also got involved with another guy?

Me and a girl lynsey have been talking for nearly a year now and we have just met each other a few times wee kiss on the lips thats as far as its went .... but i really like her and i know she feels the same about me she tells me all the time but another guy has came along and also alot of stuff has happened in my life so my head hasnt been clear and i now feel like im fully just gonna loose this with her cause of whats going on with my life and that hes just swiping her right away from me :( anyone have any suggestions i just dunno
