Antihistamines at Basic Training?

Will an Antihistamines be available for me at Army basic training if I need it? I told the doctor at meps that I have Hay fever and he let me through. it says in the standards that allergies which are controlled by oral medication it does meet the standards so I feel like if you do need it it would be available to you.(By the way i know you cant bring it so dont give me any of those answers)
