Best moisturizer for eczema?

I have used E45 itch relief, ordinary E45 & E45 lotion, Vaseline & Aloe.. Any other ideas, With the lotion it is going back to skin colour instead of bright red but it is still dry & cracking and I have the little spots with it too so these need drying out... The most awkward thing is - I can't keep it covered as its on the palm of my hand and inbetween my fingers!! & I work when the doctors work & can't take time off just for a little dry skin... So anything else you have tried?? Oh I have started taking antihistamine tablets incase it's to do with allergys & to stop the itch & I have started taking multi vitamins in case its a deficiency of some sort... Anything else I'm missing? Help!! Ta much everyone!!x
