Ears feel clogged after sinus infection?

I had sinusitis that lasted for most of the middle of April. Eventually it went away and now for the past 2 weeks I have had feeling of a clogged ear. I dont feel pain, but my hearing feels muffled and congested. I asked the doctor and he told me to take antihistamines, but it didn't help much at all. Is there anything I can do to get back to normal hearing?
