Infected Facial Eczema?

I’m 14 years old, had eczema all my life, though has cleared from the rest of my body for a while, but been on my face recently. Furthermore, in the past week or so after returning from a holiday abroad in Asia, I’ve got a severe patch of eczema across my face. The doctor said perhaps my sweat glands had become infected. Sometimes it is so itchy, and now as I write this, I am in a lot of discomfort. It is stinging! :’( The doctor gave some diprobase and now the eczema has spread further down my face, so I guess I was better off just using epaderm. There is also a patch on the other side of my face but it is less severe. Please please help. P.S. I am taking antibiotics, and antihistamines for the infection and itching – neither of which appear to be helping.
