Please help with my period!!!!! lots of answers needed?

OK so I started my period in late april that lasted 11 days. then 24 days later I started my second period that lasted for 2 days. Then I went 7 days with no period and then started bleeding moderatly heavy for 2 days. then it stopped for 7 and now I just got it and it has so far lasted 4 days and is still in my vagina tonight. Tonight its not coming out onto my pad its just when I swipe my finger through my vagina I have blood on it. Also today when I wipe it comes onto the toilet paper. What is going on!?
