Should I get work done?

I'm in my teens and am in high school, I've always wanted to get work done. My nose isn't to long but it looks like there's a ball in the middle :/ plus my breast are small-ish but my moms are huge so I'm waiting for them to grow in. My best friend said that I look perfect the way I am but I don't see it. I also wear glasses and my eyes look tiny....next year I'll be turning 16 and my mother said I can get work done any where I want as a gift. My mother a nurse and my dad owns his own company so the money isn't a problem. I'm far from spoiled and don't judge or get me wrong, everyone changes from now and again right? Everyone says I should wait til I'm older at least but if its fine with my parents why should it matter? I also have a belly but skinny thighs an a butt. Should I get work done? I'm already starting to wear makeup, my mom says that I'm just getting older and going through changes. Oh and I have light brown skin and dark brown eyes. >.< NO B.S PLEASE OR LAUGHING! THOSE WON'T HELP AND ONLY MAKE ME FEEL WORSE -.- THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE.....Oh and I also have small hands and feet plus I'm REALLY short for my eyes.....to me I look ugly....
